Peanut butter
Bowl cake with oats and peanut butter

Recipe
For one person:
40g rolled oats
1 egg
1 banana or 4 tbsp compote
1 tablespoon Menguy’s 100% Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter Creamy
1 tsp baking powder
25g chocolate chips + a few for decoration
1 banana
1 orange
20g blueberries
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork (or pour the compote into a bowl).
Whisk the egg in another bowl, then add it to the mashed banana (or compote).
Then add the yeast, rolled oats, Menguy’s Peanut 100% and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Cook the bowl cake in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes.
Unmould the bowl cake onto a plate and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips.
Serve with banana slices, orange segments and a few blueberries!
