Peanut butter

Banana, kiwi, skyr and peanut butter shake

Recipe

Serves 2:

  • 2 kiwis

  • 1 banana

  • 200 g skyr or cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon 100% peanut butter

  • 200 ml almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Ice cubes

Step 1:

Prepare the fruit: Peel and chop the kiwis. Peel and slice the banana.

Step 2:

Add fruit, skyr and peanut butter to a blender.

Step 3:

Add honey.

Step 4:

Blend: Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a more liquid consistency, add a little more milk.

Step 5:

Add ice cubes: For a cooler shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

Step 6:

Serve immediately : Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy!
