Ah, the Basque country and its Espelette pepper with its multitude of flavours and that subtle spiciness.
A long and sweet heat will invade your palate when sampling these olives… what better way to spice up your apéritifs?!
Our olives have been rigorously selected: we choose Hojiblanca pitted green olives from Spain. This recipe free from flavourings and flavour enhancers, thus guaranteeing the authentic flavours of the ingredients.

Origin: Spanish olives
INGREDIENTS
Green olives (96%), salt, olive oil, bell pepper flakes, Espelette pepper powder (1%), pepper. Pickling liquid: water, concentrated lemon juice. Pasteurised product.
Possible traces of lupin, sulphites, fish and nuts.


These olives have a little heat, but not too much, just right!
