The atmosphere of a zinc bar in a Parisian bistro awaits in this mix of olives at varying stages of ripeness, gherkins and small pearl onions.
Perfect for nibnbling on while waiting for dinner to be served!
Our recipes are free from flavourings and flavour enhancers, thus guaranteeing the authentic flavours of the ingredients. For preservation, we have gone for a pickling liquid without synthetic acids, instead using lemon juice.
All our black olives are guaranteed free from ferrous gluconate (an additive used to make the olives blacker).

Origin: Spanish Olives
INGREDIENTS
Green olives, candied black olive and ‘tournant’ olives (55%), gherkins (sulphites) (15%), garlic cloves, pearl onions, peppers, salt, olive oil, spices and herbs.
Pickling liquid: water, concentrated lemon juice.
Pasteurised product.
Possible traces of lupin, fish and nuts.
