Peanut butter
Peanut butter and red fruit pancakes
Recipe
For 8-10 pancakes :
125 ml whole milk
105 g flour
30 g soft butter
1 egg
1/2 sachet baking powder
2 tbsp cream cheese
200 g red or black fruits of your choice
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Step 1:
Peanut butter pancake mix
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat or in a bowl in the microwave.
- Mix the flour and yeast in a large bowl. Make a well, add the whole egg and whisk together.
- Add the melted butter and 1 tbsp peanut butter, whisk and then gradually add the milk, stirring to avoid lumps. You can also blend the mixture to obtain a smooth paste. Leave the batter to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the pancakes in a frying pan with a little butter over a medium heat, turning when golden.
Step 2:
cream cheese with peanut butter
- Mix 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth.
- Set aside until you have finished cooking the pancakes.
Step 3:
Presentation
- Place the pancakes and a tablespoon of cream cheese with peanut butter on a plate.
- Place the fruits on top and serve with a little honey or maple syrup to taste.
