Peanut butter
Chicken curry with peanut butter
Recipe
Serves 4 :
400g de filet de poulet
300g basmati rice
100g peeled tomato
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
5g coriander
1 tbsp curry powder
Step 1:
Brown the garlic and onion in a little olive oil. Dice chicken, add it in the pan brown.
Step 2:
Add the peeled tomatoes, peanut butter and 25 cl water. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes, on a medium heat.
Step 3:
Add another 25cl of water and the tomato paste with the curry powder and chilli pepper.
Step 4:
Leave to reduce and when the sauce has thickened, add the coriander.
Step 5:
Cook the rice and serve with the chicken and sauce.
