Green olives seasoned with garlic and herbs… a recipe that smells like the south and Mediterranean cuisine! For the aperitif, in salads, in cooking, they work in everything!
Our recipes are free from flavourings and flavour enhancers, thus guaranteeing the authentic flavours of the ingredients. For preservation, we have gone for a pickling liquid without synthetic acids, instead using lemon juice.

Origin: Spanish Olives
INGREDIENTS
Green olives (97%), salt, garlic (1.3%), olive oil, herbs (0.2%).
Pickling liquid: water, concentrated lemon juice.
Pasteurised product.
Possible traces of lupin, sulphites, fish and nuts.
